I’ve been involved with GRIT for a number of years through a sponsorship with my company, BayCare Clinic. I couldn’t jump fast enough at the opportunity to help once I heard about it. Seeing the participants' faces while they workout, dance and cheer each other on is so awesome…the energy is contagious! I am so excited to join the board and help expand the program and facilities for families throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

I was drawn to GRIT920 because of its mission to make fitness accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of ability or background. The smiles, sense of accomplishment, and camaraderie the athletes experience at GRIT lasts well beyond their workout session. I look forward to our continued partnership with many amazing local organizations and am excited to be a part of GRIT920's growth in serving our community.

I am a proud Army brat and credit that experience for instilling adaptability, resilience, and a deep appreciation for community - all qualities she's looking forward bringing to GRIT 920 .
I have been married to my husband Chad, for 25 years and am a proud mom to Attacus and Andalyn - plus our family cat, Duma.
Together as a family, we enjoy weekends camping in our T@G teardrop camper, cheering on our favorite sports teams, and embracing March Madness basketball like others love Christmas.

Professionally, I have more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, with
a background that includes both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. I spent eight
years serving as Director of Finance for a local nonprofit before transitioning to adjunct
faculty at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. I hold a Certified Public Accountant
license and completed my Master of Business Administration degree at St. Norbert
College in May 2026.
Beyond my professional work, I have a strong passion for fitness and for being part of a
community where people feel connected, supported, and included. After spending a
short time away from the nonprofit sector, I realized how much I missed working in a
mission-driven environment. I have been familiar with GRIT920 for many years, and the
opportunity to serve as Treasurer felt like a natural way to bring together my financial
expertise, passion for community, and commitment to making a meaningful impact.
I am honored and excited to join the GRIT920 Board and contribute my skills and
experience to support the organization’s continued growth and success. I am especially
inspired by GRIT920’s mission to create inclusive, adaptive fitness opportunities that
build confidence and promote healthy habits for individuals of all abilities.
I look forward to contributing to an organization and team that promotes inclusion, a
sense of belonging, and strengthens the community we all live in.

Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade in the marketing industry while also coaching fitness classes along the way. Bringing people together, creating a strong sense of community, and delivering energizing workouts has always been a core passion of mine. Some would remember gathering at the Lambeau stairs (before Titletown), running the Bairds Creek Hill or partaking in obstacle courses inside of GBASO. We get one shot at this life, and taking care of our bodies is essential. Timing is everything and after seeing the energy and impact from afar, I knew I wanted to be part of the momentum driving GRIT920 forward. I’m incredibly excited to join the board and have the opportunity to further use my skills and talents to support the continued growth of GRIT920 and make a positive impact on the community as a whole. — my sister‑in‑law has special needs, and Kate began her career as a Special Education teacher before becoming an administrator in the Howard-Suamico Schools. My name is Dave Mason and I am Vice President of Commercial Banking at BMO. I life with my wife Melanie in De Pere, where I was born and raised. We’re expecting our first child this fall. Outside of work, I enjoy anything active, especially golf, and am part owner of Station 1 Brewing in Suamico alongside a few other families. I was drawn to GRIT920 because its mission aligns perfectly with my values. I’m passionate about health and fitness because I strongly believe prioritizing both can improve motivation, confidence, and overall quality of life in so many ways. I've always had a soft spot for individuals who may not have the same opportunities or abilities as others. I look forward to helping grow GRIT920, deepening its impact on the individuals it currently serves, and expanding its reach so even more people have access to the same opportunities to improve their quality of life.
